Sunday March 8 saw the playing of the rescheduled Round 2 - rained out on February 9.

 

In Division 1 - Was set up for a thrilling climax. - with Merewether already in the Final - Newcastle and Waratah vying for the other spot in the Final.    Toronto were at long odds to make the Final.

We saw a clear win to Toronto - then Newcastle had a close win over Belmont to keep their Finals hopes alive - but dependant on the result of the match between Merewether and Waratah..

The finalists were not determined until the last match was completed - with Merewether and Waratah playing out a 4 all draw.

This left Newcastle and Waratah tied on 3 Game Points - with Newcastle winning on a coutback on individual matches

The finalists in Division 1 being Merewether and Newcastle

In Division 2 - clear wins were recorded by, Muree and Nelson Bay.    Unfortunately, Tanilba Bay had to forfeit to Pacific Dunes - in a match that would not have influenced the Finalist results.

The finalists in this year's Division 2 will be  Pacific Dunes and Muree.
