The Finals of the 2022 B and C Grade Pennants was held on Sunday September 18 at Hawks Nest GC in great weather for golf.

The C Grade match led the way with Charlestown and Nelson Bay involved this year.

Congratulations to both teams for providing a great spectacle, a good close match and playing the games in good spirits etc.

The B Grade Final was contested between Newcastle and Nelson Bay

The Result looked likely to be another 3-all Draw - requiring a playoff - until the No.1 match swung in favour of the Nelson Bay team and was subsequently won on the 19th hole.. 

This resulted in a 4-2 win to the Nelson Bay boys - who are our B Grade Pennant winners for 2022

Again congratulations to both teams for the closeness of the competition and the spirit in which they competed.
